The active ingredient of SpecKare^® HPR is Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, it is a retinol derivative. Generally, retinol needs two-step transformation in the skin, however, Retinol HPR does not need transformation and can directly act on the retinol receptor in the skin. That is, it directly acts as retinoic acid. SpecKare^® HPR has the function of regulating the metabolism of epidermis and stratum corneum. In addition, it has the function of reducing sebum overflow, diluting epidermal pigment, preventing skin aging, preventing acne, whitening and lightening spots.
