It can also increase the hyaluronic acid content in skin and improve water retention capacity. On the other hand, it can promote the formation of elastic fibers and improve skin elasticity. Therefore, SpecWhite^® PLGA70 can be used as a functional ingredient to be added to cosmetics that claim to have exfoliating, brighteningand anti-wrinkle effects.
